I wanted to do some BBQ Chicken today but couldn't remember what recipe I used last so I looked at 3 recipes that I thought I could have used last time and tweaked them into this...
Sheree's BBQ Chicken
2 small chickens in a pot
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 T. mustard
1/2 c. bbq sauce
3 T. dried onions
Cover the pan with a lid, bring it to a boil and then let it simmer a few hours (or until it falls off the bone like you like it)
I turned the chicken over every hour or so (so it'd not get dried out on one side or the other)
You could also cook it in a crockpot...
